A new restaurant is starting at Winselerho, new name, new direction, everything still to be written. We are looking for the restaurant manager who will help shape it and make the floor come alive.
A new restaurant is starting at Winselerhof. Not a refresh of what is already there, but a new name, a new direction and a menu still to be written — together with the kitchen and the team.
The kitchen is in place. So is the ambition. What is missing is someone who makes the floor beat the way the kitchen does: with rhythm, warmth and precision. Someone who walks into a room and senses what it needs — a moment of calm, or exactly the right knowing look.
You will not be building this on your own. You build it with us, from the drawing board: the name, the atmosphere, the way service will work here. What you create will carry your signature.
About Hotel Winselerhof
Winselerhof is a listed courtyard farmstead in the rolling landscape of Zuid-Limburg near Landgraaf, with its own vineyard and 49 rooms. As part of Flow the Collection we combine personal attention, quality and an estate where guests happily stay longer than planned.
What you'll do
- Een bedieningsteam bouwen, coachen en scherp houden
- Samen met chef-kok William Kämper en souschef Chesney Bax het nieuwe restaurantconcept vormgeven — van sfeer tot servicestijl
- Keuken en vloer als één geheel laten werken
- Dagelijkse leiding over service, planning, roosters en kwaliteit
- De gastbeleving bewaken, van het eerste welkom tot het laatste glas
- Meedenken over kaart, wijnen en de aankleding van de ruimte
Who you are
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende in de restaurantbediening
- Je stuurt een team aan zonder je stem te verheffen
- Je leest een zaal: je voelt wanneer een gast rust wil, of juist aandacht
- Je denkt in concept, niet alleen in diensten
- Je staat zelf op de vloer, ook op een volle vrijdagavond
- Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels; Duits is een pré
