When I started Flow, I had one conviction: hospitality is about people. Not about buildings, not about rooms and not about stars. In the end, it's colleagues who make the difference every day.
So we're not looking for people who simply want to fill a role. We're looking for people who take pride in their craft. Who get energy from satisfied guests. Who understand that details make the difference. And who enjoy working together as much as working hard.
Our hotels are all different, but they have one thing in common: we do it together. We help each other, step in for each other and celebrate our successes together.
