What the guarantee covers
The same room, the same arrival and departure dates, the same number of guests and comparable conditions — think cancellation and breakfast. The rate must be publicly available and directly bookable at the moment you show it to us.
What it does not cover
Rates behind a login or membership, discounts for a closed group, auction or clearance deals, package prices that include flights or transport, and rates with conditions other than those of your booking.
