Is Winselerhof suitable for a romantic weekend in South Limburg?
The estate lends itself to exactly that. You sleep in a centuries-old farmstead with its own vineyard and woodland, dine at Pirandello overlooking the vines, and raise a glass of Bollicine di Pirandello — our own sparkling wine, made from grapes grown on the estate. Luigi's bar in the vaulted cellar is where the evening ends. Every room has its own character; room service until 9pm.
Can we have a romantic dinner at Winselerhof?
Restaurant Pirandello looks out over our own vineyard — Italian fine dining, Michelin-selected and 13.5 points from Gault Millau. In fine weather you sit on the terrace among the vines. For something more intimate, Luigi's in the vaulted cellar is a place where you lose track of time.
Can we visit GaiaZoo from Winselerhof?
Yes. GaiaZoo is in Kerkrade, close to the estate — handy for a day out, with your bed back at Winselerhof in the evening. The rest of South Limburg is within easy reach too: rolling hills, walking routes and the Limburg towns.
