Reception of the couple and their guests at Hotel Winselerhof, with a drink of your choosing if you wish.

The start of the ceremony. In fine weather under the pergola by the Bellavista; if the weather is less kind, in the Rome room. We discuss the seating arrangement beforehand; as standard we set out white wedding chairs.

A toast with a glass of sparkling Spumante or an alcohol-free alternative, followed by the cutting of the wedding cake — on the Serre terrace, in the Serre or in Luigi's Bar, depending on the weather and the size of your party. Drinks are billed by consumption; finger food such as sun-dried tomatoes, olives and nuts can be set out on tables or served. We arrange a comfortable mix of standing and seating, a gift table and a cake table; Italian background music on request. During the afternoon there is time for photographs on the estate.

Guests are guided to the dinner location — in fine weather onto one of the terraces, otherwise into the Rome room.

The tables are laid with white linen; decoration and flowers you arrange yourself or through one of our partners. We recommend 'Italian dining': starters to share at the table, the main course plated or as a buffet, dessert to share again. During dinner we serve house wines and table water by the bottle; beer and soft drinks by the glass according to consumption, or choose a drinks package. After dinner, coffee or tea, with a digestif if you like. Please let us know of dietary requirements and special requests at least two weeks in advance, and tell us beforehand how many interruptions (speeches, performances) are planned during dinner.
After dinner there is all the time you need to linger over a good glass and soft background music, kept at a volume that respects the calm of the estate. The evening winds down gently until around midnight. Your party simply stays on the estate; for a celebration without an evening party, count on around thirteen rooms, so everyone stays close together.
The evening party begins straight after dinner. We pour Italian wines, beer, soft drinks, coffee and tea, and serve a selection of bites or a midnight snack if you'd like. The evening runs into the small hours, with last orders at around quarter to three. With an evening party the whole estate is yours: all 49 rooms, no other guests, your own place for one night. An evening party comes into its own from around eighty guests.

Once your booking is confirmed, we offer the couple a tasting dinner at 50% off: a three-course menu à la Chef. Not identical to the menu on your wedding day, but a good impression of our kitchen and our style.
The whole day comes from our own Italian kitchen; that way we keep a grip on quality and make sure everything fits together. So we don't allow food or drink to be brought in, unless we agree on something special together.
Bites you choose are served to the whole party, so nobody misses out.
We're glad to send any leftover wedding cake with you the next day. Cakes or flans brought in yourself, other than the wedding cake, we cannot store for hygiene reasons.
When the whole estate is yours, there's room for a live band; with only part of the rooms booked, a DJ takes care of the evening. We go over the arrangements with your own suppliers in advance — for power, set-up and fire safety.
For bringing in and setting up materials we look at the best route together; there are pipes running beneath the estate, so we agree that beforehand.
With every room booked, you are the only guests on the estate. The estate is yours from 12.00 on your wedding day until 12.00 the following day; arriving earlier can be arranged. Our restaurants stay open to passing guests, unless you want the estate entirely exclusive — that's possible on request, depending on season and date.
