Flow the Collection places great importance on protecting your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain how we handle the data you share with us.

Flow the Collection B.V. is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy.

Cookies

We use functional cookies (necessary for the website to work) and, with your consent, analytical cookies to understand how the website is used. You set your preference via the cookie banner on your first visit, and can change it at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the website. Digital assistant

Our digital guest directory includes a digital assistant you can ask questions. The assistant uses artificial intelligence (a language model by Anthropic) and answers solely on the basis of our own hotel information. Answers may contain mistakes; reception always has the final say.

Conversation history is stored only in your own browser (session storage) and disappears when you close your browser session. We do not store the conversation on our servers.

What we do keep: for each question asked we record anonymised data to improve our information — the question (from which e-mail addresses, phone numbers, room numbers and names are automatically filtered), the hotel, the language and whether the assistant was able to answer. This data cannot be traced back to you and is automatically deleted after 90 days.

Processing: your question is processed by Anthropic (the language-model provider) to generate an answer. No account or booking details are sent along.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (such as medical information) in the chat. For personal or urgent matters, contact reception.
